The price was good for a short one night stop, the location is pretty good as well and this side of London catered to my requirements, there is also a shop and a nice craft beer pub round the corner.
The room is compact but nice and clean, there are toiletries and tea and coffee.
There are definitely communication issues with Booking.com but the lady at the reception, was open to conversation and the matter was cleared up
Communication could be better, i was asked for ID, which i hadn't brought, apparently it's on the website (i never saw it) and it isn't on the numerous reminders i got about the check in time! Luckily i had a photo of my passport!
I understand the safety reason behind it and i am all for it, however it should on your confirmation and reminders and it wasn't.
Didn't like that there was water left in the kettle, as you are not aware of how long it's been there and when i went to
refill the kettle, it doesn't fit under the tap, had to use the mug to fill the kettle, not ideal but it worked.
There are 3 floors and there isn't a lift, i was on the 3rd floor and it wasn't a problem for me, i had a little rucksack, but something to consider when booking

My Partner and I loved our stay here, everything was perfect. The location couldn't have been any better. The staff were fabulous and couldn't do enough to make your stay comfortable. Will deffo be back next year!

Good location, close to Pimlico tube, also not too far from Victoria tube. Clean ensuite room. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, two fans provided 11am checkout. Magdalena on reception was very friendly and helpful.
It's an old building which is listed so floorboards quite creaky and a bit noisy when rooms next to ours unlocking doors late at night. Wouldn't put me off staying again, just something to be mindful of if you're needing a really quiet stay somewhere.

Location was what we needed and quite central. The hotel is good value for central London.
The decor is old-fashioned and the bathroom enclosure in the room was a bit odd.
