The location was good, staff very helpful & friendly. Room was clean but small.
I thought breakfast was pricey for what was offered but it is convenient to eat at hotel before heading out.

The room was spacious - but could have been a bit bigger since we were with a 5 year old child. If the child was not with us it would have been perfect. Location to Victoria Station was perfect.

Bedding and towels and the room was very clean , staff were very nice , en suite very nice ,bed was comfortable,
Lower ground floor bedroom, very narrow stairway and hallway ,couldn’t see any fire escape , no wardrobe only half a hanging length for clothes and very small area , Train track noise of running trains above ceiling of the bedroom . Window was very high and very small couldn’t see out and second window was an inside window it felt claustrophobic.
The air con was on all the time staff couldn’t turn it off so set it at a nice temperature which was good enough
