Location is excellent - close to Victoria Station and plenty of buses etc. Comfy beds and clean room. Friendly staff.
Stairwells and passageways are quite narrow although there is a lift. Breakfast was expensive at £18 per person so we didn’t bother and got something on the go.

Staff very pleasant and approachable.
They provided advice on transport and allowed us to drop luggage off early before checking in
Property was fabulous what is expected with a Victorian hotel. Slim staircase but there was a lift. If room on second floor take lift to 3rd floor and down one set of stairs

The room, the staff everything were excellent. The bathroom and toilet are seperate so that also saves time if 2 people are staying in the room, the waiting time is less. The staff helped us with our luggage to and from the room.
Only the room was at location where after using the lift to 3rd floor, we had to climb stairs up and down to reach our room. this was bit awkward. The staff helped us with our luggage to and from the room.
