The location is great - nice street, quiet, but very convenient and connected. The hotel is cute, small and has character. The bed was comfortable & the staff were nice.
We had a problem that they gave us another room (not what we booked and paid for & realized it the first morning- cause we checked in later and were in a hurry for dinner so at first we didn’t have time to realize there was a mistake). After we discussed it with the receptionist we got an acceptable agreement to reimburse us for some parts, because of the lower class room they gave us.
The room we stayed in had floors that were creacking and it was a small room - you open the door and it basically touches the bed. There was also some problems with the water in the shower - you turn it on and by itself it was turning from cold to hot.
You couldn’t really open the windows, but later we saw it’s like this in the neighborhood everywhere.
The breakfast was okay - acceptable for a small hotel, but the coffee wasn’t good at all - you need to check the beans & get some arabica!

Staff were super helpful and the room has all the amenities you would ever need. Including a lovely bath!
The double bed was a little small with one side against the wall.

Location good. Good breakfast. Nice decor in public areas. Staff in breakfast room good.
Room was small and on 2 levels, bathroom down stairs. Bed right up against wall at one side. Very noisy from lift doors banging.
