We loved the location, right next to Green Park and Hyde Park, and in the heart of Central London. We were fortunate to have included breakfast with our room, and it couldn't have been a better option for my family; at no additional charge the staff and kitchen were so accommodative with bringing it each to our room so we could comfortably enjoy eating with our little one in our own space. The room was spacious, and the kitchen had all we needed. The bedroom was spacious, with lots of room for storage. The shower was great!
Shoutout to the staff for their warmth, kindness, understanding nature, and willingness to accommodate requests, especially with a baby in our room. Thank you again!
The first morning of our stay, one half of our ordered breakfast unfortunately did not arrive. I mentioned this to the staff who ensured it was a mistake and a major blip in service on a very busy Sunday. Thankfully this did not happen again.

Stayed for one night as we were going out for dinner nearby to celebrate our daughter’s 18th birthday. The staff were very attentive and upgraded our daughter to a room over looking Green Park and decorated her room for her birthday. Fabulous

- location was decent in Mayfair
- Room interior needs to be refreshed - the carpet was saggy and not taut, too many mirrors and dated design
- Room was right outside the lift despite asking for a room far from the lift because I wanted a quiet room. Perhaps it was the room type I booked but the staff could have advised me on that
- Housekeeping was poor - did not clear the plate with half-eaten snacks. I asked for more water but they gave me less. Did not replenish laundry bag in the wardrobe
