Very clean, wonderful, wonderful, amazing staff, beautiful floral displays. Mattress was comfortable. It was the best coffee we had in 5 days all over London. Can't beat the location next to Hyde park.
Facilities were beautiful, but our room was tiny. There was not enough room for 2 people's luggage, whether you unpacked or tried to live out of it. The tub, again lovely and clean, but tiny. Not room for 2. The usb outlet next to the bed didn't work, the pillows were paper thin and all 4 were the same. We are professional home builders and still could not figure out the cooling system, so it was difficult to find comfort. Didn't ruin the stay, but could have been better for the price.

Great location, had to wait over an hour to get our room and the fire alarm went off at 4am....but dont worry, it was a glitch and its there for our safety,
