I requested an early check in as we were travelling to London for a wedding and needed to get ready. I was on the day granted early.check in but felt I should not have had to phone and email many times before being told when I arrived it was possible.
Early check in arrangements not being in place.

Cleanliness and location. The best staff of the hotel are the housekeeping staff.
The reception staff were the worst.
They need more training to be professional.

Room was clean
Bad service, took my 3 kids called reception & concierge 5 times as I was ringing room service for over a hour with no answer, said they would get them to call, never did.
There sister hotel is a lot better.
