We were stranded due to the Heathrow glitch. We booked this hotel to spend the night in London, as our alternative plan for our Honeymoon.
After 12h of traveling, we arrived and they told us there was a system error and our room didn’t exist. However, they managed to relocate us in one of the properties of the group that was very pretty, comfortable and same category, they knew it was a honeymoon trip and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Also LOVED that it was in Mayfair.
We couldn’t thank Angel (the concierge) enough for everything she did for us; despite not being able to stay, she tried to help us with everything and made our day so much easier. She truly is a star!
Also the guy that received us and help with our luggage, was lovely.
The property is GORGEOUS, with that old school British charm we love.
Sad we couldn’t stay, but we want to return due to Angel’s hospitality and kindness.

The location is excellent and the highlight were the staff. Special thanks to Angel and Benjamin. They went out of their way to make sure our stay is even more comfortable. After check in, we told them that 3 years ago we stayed in a different room. Angel checked the system and took us around to show is more room options and assisted us with moving all our stuff to the new room.
It’s a very warm and cosy place that gives you the feeling of a home away from home!
Benjamin gave us nice restaurants recommendations and Lindon was very helpful on check out.
Will definitely come back!
