Nice stay

The location staff were super friendly, room size is good

First the complementary milk is in the fridge whenever I use it they don’t put new I called many times and they bring me one the rest of the days I didn’t call so they didn’t put any …. I payed through apple the deposit took around a month to be refunded to the account after several calls and correspondences

Es war gut aber von dem Preis hatten wir mehr erwartet

Service war sehr gut und die Lage auch

Das Hotel wurde renoviert aber noch nicht komplett. Die Dusche war sehr schwach und die Heizung war nicht gut. In unserem Zimmer war es kalt und wir haben eine zusätzliche elektrische Heizung bekommen

hotel très bien situé un bon séjour car en famille mais nus attendons mieux d'un tel hotel.

les toilettes étaient bouchées tous les jours. nous avions réservé 3 chambres quand nous sommes arrivées seulement 2 etaient enregistrées les 2 chambres qui devaient être de même catégories ne l'étaient pas notre chambre faisait le double de celle de mon fils et de sa femme. les chambres n'ont été disponible qu'à 18 heures sauf une !!!

Not the spectacular stay we hoped for

Superb afternoon tea

In this price range one should not expect less than perfect service and quality. Unfortunately most of the staff did live up to that expectation with many of them being in training. This leads to getting the standard process delivered without any of the 'wauw' elements that one should expect in such a high quality hotel. We asked for an additional bed for our daughter and the one we received was just below standards

excellent place to stay

Of course the front desk staff ( Anna, Gabrielle) very sweet staff and helpful. Also the room service crew especially Mrs. Sharifa, I appreciate her efforts and her crew.

We didn’t think the hotel was worth the money. The staff need more training on manners.

We asked on Friday afternoon when we checked in what time breakfast was at the following day and was told 6.30 am. When we went to the restaurant we were told it was open at 7 am. So we were given the wrong information by reception. For a hotel that charges £1065 a night and not to be given breakfast even as a takeaway and given the wrong Information was very poor. I have stayed in less up market hotels and have been given a better service.

We attended the negotiator awards. One of the security guards was very rude. The lady in question was very distinguishable, and if she worked for me, I would have sacked her. We went to the Grosvenor as we thought we would have gotten a certain level of care and service. This was very much lacking.

افطار جد فنان وموقع الفندق قريب من كل شيء وفندق يملئه الاحداث العالميه والطعام متنوع وخيارات مفتوحه صراحه تجربه ولا اروع واعجبتني الاطلاله و اكيد راح تكون الاولي وليست الاخيره صراحه مناسب ولاكن السعر وايد مرتفع لذا حجزت ليله وحده من بوكينج و نصحوني الشباب ب الحجز من هذا الرجل هذا سنابه (b2c336) صراحه رجال ما عليه كلام و انصح فيه عندو حجز فنادق بكل العالم .وسيارات .و شقق فندقيه وكل مايخص السفر ب اقل الاسعار......,,.

A truly memorable stay - soon to be repeated.

I enjoyed many coffees at in-house Starbucks where i invariably received excellent service. Concierge Sullyman was ever so welcoming every day - he is such a great guy. Reception staff were warm, friendly and caring during any interactions with them. It was great to meet a fellow Irish lady, Megan, as I checked out - she was so professional and helpful as well as being lovely to deal with. The pianist is amazing - he played the most divine music. I encountered many members of the Team just randomly in the hotel and each and every one was courteous and always so pleasant.

You should consider it

the perfect location. the very welcoming staff. Megan was the best. the room is spacious, clean, and beautiful in a classic way. The view is direct to Hide Park and Winter Wonderland. They have magnificent food and drinks in the lobby with a nice piano playing in the background

The room is beautiful in a classic way, not smart. The room service takes 5 pounds for food delivery!! They also should check out the food content before sending it.

Very good with the above situations.

Our Initial room was not the right one then changed immediately to the one we had before so excellent.

Mini Bar not refilled after use cost us an extra £30.00 to have a drink brought up by Night service.Also my partner had a short pair of leather shorts but fashionable, told could not come in into restaurant, as not dress code, raise this with your check in people to make this observation to management.
