The hotel isn’t suitable for young kids and booking.com shouldn’t sell it to families.

The property was stylish - with a very certain vibe - the staff were pleasant and attentive.
In places it felt a bit tired and I found some areas not as clean as expected - I would expect a five star hotel to have some level of snacks in the room - we were given some mini biscuits (size of a thumb nail each) and then charged 50 pounds for the most overpriced snacks I've ever known especially in a five star hotel AND breakfast was included but we still had to pay for service charge on top - this did not feel like a five star experience at all - felt more like a money making scam - having stayed in other premium hotels - it was not what I was expecting - even in London
