Cannot beat the location- literally above a tube/train station and walking distance to theaters, pubs, Buckingham Palace- you name it! Also beautiful, historic building.
Minor thing- pillows too soft for our taste.

Breakfast was great with a good variety of food. Staff were very helpful. Decor was beautiful.
Shower over the bath and the toilets were very low. Bathroom was very small.

Fantastic location- close to everything and literally above Victoria Station, so you can get everywhere easily. It’s also a beautiful building with comfortable rooms and modern bathrooms.

Hotel was amazing they went above and beyond. Was our anniversary we asked for some glasses to drink our own champagne and whilst we were out they put an ice bucket champagne and two glasses. A lovely touch
Wasn’t set out very good. Doors opened wrong way kept catching and couldn’t open wardrobe without it banging against another door. We would stay again just would upgrade to a better room
