The location is very good, near the main attractions, easy to access to bus and tube.
We have an underground apartment, for the 1st impression with the stairs, it was not good, it is not well maintained and cleaned for the stairs, but the apartment inside is well maintained and arranged.
The utensils are well equipped for family, the kitchen giving view on the private garden, very fresh and relax.
Just paying a bit more attention to the stairs and the entrance would give guests a perfect first impression.

Breakfast was included as part of or booking, but it was not the full English which was a disappointment. Other then that the hotel was as expected. There was no lift or air condition in all room which was pointed out to us, so we were aware of that.
However the room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable.
Breakfast was okay, like as I mentioned before we would have preferred a full English like we had at our other hotel booked through Booking.com. at the same time - Kew Garden Hotel.

Location, and friendly staff.
Room was up 4 sets of narrow stairs in essentially the attic. Made the heat worse.
