What a find! Fantastic location and beautifully maintained gem of a hotel, steps from Buckingham Palace and the tube station.
The staff were knowledgeable and incredibly helpful with suggestions for places to eat (the Bed of Nails pub was excellent)and options for getting to Heathrow airport. Our room was spotlessly clean, well appointed with plenty of space for our extensive luggage. The bathroom was large with a luxurious shower.
Room service Breakfast can be ordered in advance. There is no breakfast area nor bar and the foyer area is not large. However if you are looking for an exceptional place to stay in a great location for a reasonable price, the Resident is hard to beat. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel and staff.
