Deluxe Room was well maintained. Very accomodating and friendly staff. Best thing is pets are allowed.
Deluxe Room is on the third floor that has high stairs but overall okay.

Our room was very clean and spacious. We could see a liitle bit of the ocean. We liked to have a water dispenser directly in front of our room on the third level. The location was perfect as it's a 2 minutes walk to the Nalu Surf Camp where we rented our surf boards. They made us pancakes for breakfast. We liked the location and our room and extended for a fourth night. For our departure they organised tricycle and breakfast before 5 o clock, which was great.
The service wasn't the best. No welcoming sentences when we arrived, no introduction. Probably due to the lack of English of the women. Her son was very helpful and understood us well. Our included breakfast was very basic. Plain pancake without anything (no slice of banana or syrup), toast with omlette without a slice of tomato or cucumber.

The room was a decent size.
The noise. You could easily hear guests through the front door chattering through the evening. The AC unit was extremely loud. At least two brown outs. Daily burning of trash smoked out our room because of the gaps in the back door. Although the property itself didn’t have trash, the walk to the beach had a lot of trash and was very disappointing. The beach is unkept with trash and old umbrellas and chairs.
