This place is really close to the tower surf point! Just a 1 minute walk to the beach and surf. Modest facilities but the rooftop is good for morning coffee, workouts or just some quiet time.

It is a bit confusing to find since in the front it has a "Boogie's" sign instead of Villaroman.
