Location & Accessibility: Once you walk down the hill from the hotel, it is only a 5-minute walk to Masjid al-Haram. In fact, if you head down as soon as the Azan starts, you can easily reach the Haram before it finishes.
The hotel sits on a steep slope (~45-degree incline). To help guests with this, they provide golf cart shuttle transfers.

Breakfast was splendid, the chefs were very nice.
The air conditioning is too noisy.
Also the bathroom demarcation was not good enough.
The shuttle service must be improved upon because without it staying in the hotel might be difficult due to the uphill location.
