Nice, clean hotel. Staff helpful, polite and dutiful,especially domestic staff. Check in easy and efficient. Buggy cart to bottom of hill makes going to haram slightly easier. Hotel has laundarette, restaurants, grocery shops very close to it.
Would have been nice to have the buggy cart waiting to take back up hill.

The locaton was good it was near all the shops and masjid al haram was a 10 minute walk the lift was good and the ambience was top notch . The staff was friendly and kind .
I did not like the shuttle service as they only ahad on egilf cart working to and from . Secondly it only dropped us off 0.5 km from the hotel we had to call the hotel to send us the receptionist and even after calling they would send it after 5 to 6 minutes . They added the 4 bed which was extremely uncomfortable. The room was congested a s the bathroom had no bathroom slipper nor any amenities. There was only a few shampoos and soaps no body shower or cream was available. There was no dental kit, shaving kit. There was hardly any soace in the room and the lightingbin the bathroom area was not working . The AC was sometimes functioning and sometimes not teh fllush button in the bathroom was broken and water kept coming out of it . There was no qibla direction infirmation and lastly teh towels smelled like bleech and they were small and awful .
