Overall value for money, but floor a bit dusty, and the return of deposit could make it faster

Convenience location

1) Entrance door lock. not digital, felt unsafe 2) Digital control for aircon, seems faulty or difficult to read 3) Most important, the return of deposit , till today (25/08/2023), (as promise to return after 2-3 days) yet received

Location was fabulous - so close to the klcc suria shoppimg centre, petronus towers. Communication was prompt and good.

It was unfortunate that the pool and sauna facilities were under renovation/construction during the time we were there. Some of the other facilities were not open either. The place was a little dated and not maintained as well as it could have been.

my stay at the Tropicana hotel was terrible, the room was in a disgusting state - so dirty that it looked like a pig pen .... the coffee table was broken, the carpet was all stained, the sofa stank disgustingly, the bedding was like after the other people, as well as a broken sink cabinet, dirty faucets and no view from the window!!!! also, after what I saw, I asked the question - can I get my money back and not spend the night in this pigsty, to which I was told there would be no return ... they also demanded a deposit so that I didn’t break anything - by the way, there was already breaking nothing, since absolutely everything was broken before my arrival - the most negative memories of this night, I ask the management of booking.com to investigate these scammers and return the money to me in full

Poorly maintained room.

Central location, easy walking distance to KLCC

Was given a room that had serious mould issue in the bathroom - ceiling. (This has been fed back to host). Bath/shower area was not clean. The whole unit smelt musty and damp. There were no tea/coffee provided in the kitchenette and no boxed tissue. Both, you would expect in an apartment/hotel. Could improve on check in process. Take note that you are required to pay RM 300 deposit prior to being able to check in.

Location is awesome, it was just next to Twin towers.

Very less utensils, only 1 pan was provided, no detergent for dishwasher and washing machine. Very bad smell coming from the bathroom. Other than that the stay was okay.

Nice short stay near KLCC

Location superb strategy. Walking distance to KLCC,just cross a main road.

Bed sheet a little bit dirty,can find few hairs left on bed.

Clean and comfy, close to KLCC

Deposit rm300 is payable and subject to all strict rules are adhered, they will only refund after 3 days. No instant coffee or tea provided.

I love all. The room, the facilities, the view, the pool... They were superb!

Only the water heater i dont knw how to operate as i cant set the temperature correctly.

The unit is so big, clean and Truly in Good location! thank ykuuy!

Very near to Petronas Twin Tower and to convenice store!! and even the train station ☺️

We had to wait for almost 30 mins before they let us to check bc the staff needed to assist some more customers 😅

Funny smell from bathroom, mattress on 2nd room need to replace, should provide bathroom mats, no place to hang clothes esp in room 2, the concierge not really helpful

A good place to stay for a affordable price.

The rooms are big and clean. Big kitchen and convenient bathroom (shower). Netflix is available for the one who like watching movies.

No toothbrushes, only two towels with one of them holes in it. The swimming pool is ok. The twin tower is visible from here but (for me) nit impressive. BTW our room was on the other side of the building with a view over the highway and parking places.

Great location and good apartment. Really helpful agent. A few little improvements would make it excellent.

Location and layout

Smell coming from the shower drain and kitchen drain. Not enough towels....no hand towel, tea towel or bath mat. No spare rubbish bags. No washing powder. Small things but make a difference.
