Nice stay with KLCC view

Best location nearby to KLCC, close to Pintasan Saloma to go to Kg Baru, nearby KLCC & Kg Baru LRT station. Easy parking access. Big room and good amenities provided (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV)

No available bidet in the toilet. No proper maintenance for the pool

The location is exceptional. The room itself is wonderful size and great views with good facilities. The pool is really great and the night time up there is just an amazing experience.

The check in process is terrible. It took me 90 minutes in a crammed room. They then demanded a deposit which was not communicated before. After that get to the room, the bed sheets were stained. There was only two towels that were damp. The floor was wet. There were no face towels or anything. I found two cockroaches in the kitchen. This is totally unacceptable. The bathroom has black mould and being sensitive to this it was a problem. The most infuriating part was the lifts. On check out it took 45 minutes for a lift to be available. Be warned that this lift situation is shocking. Allow a lot of time to check out, it is at the bottom floor.
