Great place to stay in Goa. Food was great. Service was great. Thanks Shankar. Close to beach. Nice comfortable room. Would happily return.

Location is superb and the owner and staff are excellent. The swimming pool is kept to a very high standard.
There should be a fridge with cold drinks by the pool area working on a honesty box system.
The shower in 106 was tepid at best, it didn't bother me whatsoever but some may complain.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Brilliant location.
The staff were rude until the day we left. On our 1st morning we enquired what time breakfast was and told from 9am, on the same morning we had a power cut. We went down for breakfast and told they will not be serving due to power cut (which we understood). However we were also told they couldn’t use the gas as the manager told them it had to be saved for paying guest in the evening. We then went out for breakfast so paid twice.
On our 3rd night came back from beach to shower, only to find we had no towels. My husband went to reception to ask for some and was told they would need to contact the manager as they didn’t had access to them. We were given 2 worn out towels to use. On our 2nd to last day nothing was changed and was left with a dirt bath mat and wet towels.
The most annoying thing was there was never anyone to speak to, there was a WhatsApp number to call but no one ever answered.
