Great location with just a short walk away from the beach, supermarket and main street with different restaurants. Friendly staff, they checked us in early upon request and also let us leave our luggage on the day of departure for half a day. Breakfast is limited, but made to order and decent.
Dots and smell of mold in the room, you don't feel it once you switch on AC / fan. It's a common problem in Goa with the properties close to the sea.

Very close to beach
The in-charge called too many times while i was on work before arrival despite I had informed about the arrival timings.
The in-charge didn’t inform about the property rules while doing check in. Later, I was questioned for getting one of my family friend for a quick visit. The behavior was little rude.
They have dogs at the property. This might intimidate to people who are not used to being with pets. I was very scared to move around freely. Had to request and inform multiple times to keep them at different place.
