Nestled in Peoria, this lovely house for $120 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Location, Location, Location! Welcome to our exclusive and cozy two bedroom one bath cottage escape where you can find the Rock Island Trail in your backyard and all of the fabulous restaurants and shops just blocks away on N. Prospect in Peoria Heights!! Welcome to our exclusive and cozy two bedroom one bath cottage escape located literally just a few blocks away from all of the fabulous restaurants and shops on N. Prospect in Peoria Heights yet remote enough to have the woods in your backyard. Rock Island Trail is just a few yards away from your back deck. We have created a home away from home for our family and friends and now extend it to you! This is not a shared space and is yours to enjoy with the privacy you deserve. Each bedroom features a full size bed with comfy Pottery Barn bedding. In addition to this, there is a comfortable couch in the living room if needed to sleep on. Our kitchen has everything you would need for a short or extended stay including a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. We also have a Keurig coffee machine with the assorted accoutrements needed for a fresh brewed cup of coffee or tea. During your stay you are welcome to sit outside on our large lovely deck overlooking the woods and Rock Island Trail. We have a convenient parking in our driveway, and there is also plenty of additional street parking.

Was using hotels and decided to try VRBO from a recommendation so glad I did, having a full house for a place out of town was a great choice. Ashley was super responsive and very accommodating! House was great had everything you would need, access to WiFi and plenty to watch on the TV.

Very quiet clean and safe place to stay. Look for the deer bedding down out back. Typical amenities found in most VRBO homes. Perfect for me. Loved the bed comforter. I have to get one heavy like that. Thanks.

We were in town for three days for a school reunion and had free time to explore the area. Overall we had a great stay! This house had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and was very clean inside. It's in a great location at the back of a quiet, safe neighborhood. We walked to the end of the street from the house then passed by lovely homes to Grandview Drive, which has benches to enjoy views of the river. We enjoyed having access to the Rock Island Trail plus being within walking distance to great eateries. If you're looking for a nice 'home away from home base', we recommend the Peoria Heights Haven!

Quaint, cute, loved the back deck, glad the weather was dry for us to spend time there outside. Short walking distance to many restaurants on Prospect, convenient. Bedrooms small but beds are comfortable. Minimalist for kitchen supplies if you are looking to prepare food in house.

My college Roommate and I decided to have a mini-reunion for the weekend. Peoria was halfway between where we both live. The accommodations were lovely, just right for two good friends. We walked the trail and the neighborhood. It was a very relaxing time. Ashley was great. Very prompt with replies. I'd recommend this property for its convenience and excellent owner communication.

This home is located perfectly to walk the trail and enjoy the sites and shopping in Peroira Heights. A quiet neighborhood made for great sleeping. The peaceful deck at the back of the home provided privacy and peacefulness in a wooded lot. The home was clean and well stocked for all our needs. Instructions were simple and easy to follow.

It was easy working with Ashley. I had some questions and she always responded right away. The house was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. Restaurants and nightlife were within 5 minutes. I want to go back in warmer weather so I can enjoy the beautiful back deck and walking trail more.

This place is charming! So clean, too! Located on a quiet little street. Owner was readily available. Perfect place for a getaway. Only negative was the beds could have been better and the pillows were really uncomfortable. HOWEVER, the linens were top notch. The sheets and towels were amazing and so were the quilts on the beds.

Nice spot to stay right outside the cute area of Peoria Heights restaurants and shopping. We were there for my mom’s memorial and it was a good place to lay our head. Wish we knew to add the asterisk at the end of the code to enter the unit. We figured it out but that was frustrating at midnight…lol. Has a lovely back deck and a cute set up.

Ashley’s place is at a perfect location, close proximity to anything in Peoria and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. Her place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Ashley was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

Three sisters that live out of town came together at this beautiful, quiet setting. When there were 8 inches of snow our host stepped up to plow and shovel. During the snow fall, we could look out at an idyllic setting that made the stay so special. We'll be back. Loved it.
