We were left cereal and oats for breakfast, and appreciated 2pints of milk also.
The information and instructions left were very good. Although we did not use TV or Xbox.
Kitchen utensils and glasses were a bit of a 'mish mash' i.e. not a lot matched. Different size glasses, mugs and plastic wine glasses. Dishes were also a bit of a mix. These were not major fault, and didn't affect our stay.
However - there was only 1 large Bath Towel left for 2 mature ladies. The other towels were more for children and thin.
Otherwise the items left for our use soap, wahiing-up liquid etc., were all good. We used our own shampoo.
The place and position were very good otherwise.

It was absolutely perfetic it was clean and comfortable and it was close to to the pleaser beach and not far from the other attractions ether loved it well worth the money just round the corner love fish and chips shop Bentleys

Close proximity to the waterpark which was our first stop off.

Big, clean and tidy
When you first walk through it smells a bit of damp but no signs of damp or mold.
No parking outside, but plenty where garages are located. Just wasnt 100% about knowing if i was allowed to park there.
