Central location above busy shopping centre. Unit was a bit dated but had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was easy. Air conditioning in each bedroom was a huge bonus and all worked well. 4 bedrooms all with large queen, or possibly king beds, although one bedroom was small and could only fit the bed in it.
Cooking area was in an outside room off the kitchen (secure and off the hallway for airing I'd assume) which was unusual to us, but all the units in the complex were the same. Found a fake eyelash stuck to the wall in the small bedroom, child pointed it out thinking it was an spider, apart from that reasonably clean.

The view the landscape of the room. Everything was perfect.
The parking lot, the exit signboard so small and confusing. Maybe try to put a bigger signboard and arrow to make it easier for the residence to exit.

For the staycation, it was veey good. Especailly very friendly who has a big family of 4. Right now it was very good and comfy. The extra bonus is that theres an extra beds.
The room is that every plane that landed on Kota Kinabalu international airport is very annoyed and there is no sound proof. But its vedy understandable not just only this apartment. Can be heard from the neighbours too. And also some of the room doesnt have cabinets so that can put stuffs.

Central to shopping and food. Comfortable. Parking available.
Terrible check in. Very confusing. Worse checking out. Hard to leave the keys anywhere. There was no tea towels, drinking glasses, wine glasses. No bench to rest your luggage.
