About this apartment rental
Enjoy your oceanfront vacation in this fully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with all the comforts of home. Oceanfront flat on the ground floor with beautiful ceramic tile throughout, plantation shutters and nice beach accents. Attractive fully equipped kitchen with extra cabinets, lighting and a pass-through for great ocean views. Ceiling fans in living room and master bedroom. Updated master bath with expanded shower. Queen bed in master bedroom, two twins, full size sleeper sofa, two flat screen TVs, updated washer/dryer, large slider walkout. Secure high speed internet/wi-fi service. Park right outside the condo and sit on our patio enjoying the ocean while grilling dinner, watching the shrimp boats and listening to the waves. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

Summerhouse beach is nice. Pool and patio area was clean. Pool area needs more shade and more table seating area. All tables with umbrellas were full. Plenty of EMPTY lounge chairs in the full sun no one was using except for their bags and towels! A suggestion, add shade & table seating with umbrellas outside of the fenced pool area! Also too many locked gates now Summerhouse didn’t used to have all the locked gates. I get it…people using the beach & pool area that are not registered guest ……
