The room was spacious and very clean. The balcony was also very lovely overlooking the pool with our room in particular. The pool is a perfectly quaint size and very nice to swim in. Staff, particularly breakfast/cleaning staff were so friendly and chatty and kind. Reception staff were also very helpful and kind. Breakfast was nice too.

First of all, the staff here were incredible. They were so kind and attentive and gave me SO many recommendations for things to do around Hoi An. Always willing to help and chat. Secondly, you couldn’t ask for a better spot. Right in the heart of Hoi An. I walked almost everywhere. The room was clean, bed was comfy. Breakfast was always delicious. They even packed me up a cute little to-go bag on the morning of my departure. Cute little balcony overlooking the pool. Loved this place.
My only criticism was the shower temperature was super inconsistent. Same setting would sometimes be boiling hot or lukewarm. Sometimes would change mid-shower lol. But literally who cares. Just adjust it and move on. This place rocks.
