The location and amenities were great. The included breakfast at Bramble was excellent. The service was friendly and professional. Taxis and tuktuks were all super easy to come to the location with the gated circular entrance. It had a really nice vibe.
The only reason I gave a less than perfect score for comfort is that one night we lost power due to a brown out and had no AC from 2am to 5 am and it was rough. I would have expected a back up generator.
Also another reviewer mentioned something about rats outside the room, that terrified me and I was paranoid the entire time, but it was incredibly inaccurate and made me fearful for nothing. Our room was very clean with no inkling of vermin of any kind.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast delicious! The location was perfect for the places we needed to be. We also travelled by car so it was great that there was parking inside the compound.
The room was too dark. The window was facing the corridor so we could not open the blinds fully.
The bathroom had a musty smell and the low water pressure did not allow the use of hot water and the toilet after flushing would take a long time to fill up.
