The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors at Coquina Beach Club 101 open to the Gulf of Mexico. Not a partial view, not a glimpse between buildings — the water is directly in front of you from the living room, the lanai, and the primary suite.
Guests have watched dolphin pods swim past during dinner. That's the kind of detail that makes people rebook before they've checked out.
The private lanai is where the days begin and end at this unit — morning coffee with the Gulf in front of you, evening cocktails as the sun drops into the water. Direct beach access means the sand is steps from the door, not a walk through a parking lot.
Inside, the layout is bright and well-configured for four guests. The primary suite has a king bed, an en-suite bath, and Gulf views. The guest bedroom has two twin beds — right for families with kids or two guests who don't need to share. The living room has comfortable seating, a large-screen TV, and direct lanai access through the sliding doors. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home with modern appliances and a dining area.
The heated shared pool is available for all building guests — never busy, consistently warm, and a genuine complement to the beach on cooler days. Beach gear is provided seasonally. In-unit washer and dryer means packing for the week doesn't require overpacking. Covered parking is included.
Bridge Street's restaurants, shops, and waterfront bars are minutes out. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of the island without moving your car.
Coquina Beach Club 101 requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for two vehicles. No pets, boats, jet skis, or motorcycles permitted.
*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due.

The condo is lovely, gorgeous views, close to restaurants, very spacious. AC worked well, plenty of pots in the kitchen but could use more than 2 frying pans. No Ice maker so you'll need to make some in the trays provided. The main bed was firm for our taste but we are used to a hybrid spring and foam mattress. I wish there was a pantry or cabinet to store food in. Bring a sleep mask, the little blinds don't do much to keep the sun out first thing, or the street light at night. Rooms were bright all night. Sofa was very comfortable to lounge on. Lots of chairs outside plus a large table. You'll see dolphins and manatee plus many birds daily. Several turtle nests appeared the week we were there (don't leave holes in the sand!!). The only real downside was the doors. They are all louvered, which meant no audible privacy anywhere. 1 person got food poisoning and we could all hear it from any room. Bathrooms should have solid doors. There is no door at all in the main bedroom between the bedroom and bathroom. Honestly this whole thing would make us hesitant from renting again. This isn't the Caribbean or Europe. We don't need the cross breeze with louvered doors. Please install solid doors, and 1 in the main bedroom. There is plenty of room.

Beautiful condo right on the beach! Included chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. Just steps away from the beach. 10/10 would recommend!!

Staying for a week at a very expensive condo should warrant more than 2 rolls of toilet paper , no soap, no salt and pepper/ 1 roll of paper towels , no coffee filters
