High Meadows Cottage on 16 Acres property, No Pet Fee
About this condo rental
Located in Augusta, this attractive condo for $112 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. High Meadows Cottage is a peaceful retreat, private 450 square foot studio style cottage set back from the road and surrounded by majestic pine trees. 1 Queen size bed 1 Queen size sofa bed (pull out couch). Walk out from the cottage and enjoy the 16 acres of private property including a private stocked fishing pond ready for you to fish or just enjoy the view. This cottage is one of the 3 cottages that we have in this property. Just minutes from a super Kroger, Walmart, Applebee’s, Longhorn steakhouse, Diablo, Alde’s, Fiveguys and many other restaurants. Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities, plus complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. We strictly adhere to our cancelation policy. We suggest that you purchase travel insurance. We do have a private fishing pond on the property for our guests only. The pond is stocked with bass and bream. But Recently the water has gotten muddy due to rain and construction in the neighboring property. We are waiting for it to settle again and clear. Guests may bring fishing poles and enjoy fishing, but we cannot guarantee that guests will catch fish. Many wild deer are visiting our 16 acre property in the evenings and early mornings. They graze on the Many Deer are visiting this property during the day. They come and go as they wish. They graze in the pastures and drink from the pond . A variety of birds such as Blue jays, Cardinals, owls, hawks, hummingbirds, Woodpeckers... nested in our wooded areas in the property that we enjoy watching and listening to them. For health reasons, dogs are not allowed to swim in fishing pond or drink from it (please see the Arial picture of the property for the fishing pond location). dogs must be on leash when they are outside. Our maximum length of stay is 3 weeks. All inquiries for longer than 3 weeks will be declined. All payments must be submitted and processed via this platform. We do not accept personal or company checks or any other methods. Pets are allowed: Maximum 3 (we don't have a pet fee )

The high meadows cottage was amazing. Jasmine and Will really cover all areas to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Very clean, neat, and organized. It really fit my needs during my visit to groove town. I would definitely recommend High Meadows Cottage to friends and family.

Beautiful, super clean cottage that comes equipped with everything you need. Large bathroom and small but fully functional kitchen. The space feels light and fresh with great natural light. Very convenient location to Augusta amd surrounding areas!

My husband and I along with our two dogs stayed for three nights while visiting cousins in Grovetown. We agree that all of the reviews are totally accurate, it was a wonderful place and would rate it higher than 5 stars if we could. The hosts have thought of everything to meet the needs of a traveler. Our favorite memory was spending time in the evening with family making S’mores and looking up at the stars around the fire pit.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for a week and it was absolutely lovely. The place is small but not cramped, everything was clean and accurately described in the listing. The internet wasn't the fastest, but that is to be expected. Outside the cottage is gorgeous, and you can often see deer at night which is amazing. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Evans area!

Very nice property. Clean and well appointed. Lots of little extras that made the stay extra enjoyable. Jasmine, the owner, was easy to reach and very responsive to text communications.
The only recommendation for consideration would be one more lamp somewhere inside so all the lights don't have to be on at night when trying to wind down.

The cottage was extremely well furnished. The hosts are nearby if you need anything. The property is located near every place we needed to be in the CSRA.
We loved the fire pit especially. Next time we will try out the disc golf.

My wife and I visited the area to see the neighborhood and explore properties in the area. Jasmine’s cottages are the perfect escape, extreme clean and well stocked. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever used on vacation. Delightful home and hostess!

This cabin was perfect! We came in town for a retirement ceremony at Fort Gordon. It was perfect distance from everything and so serene! Waking up to watching the deer run around and the peacefulness outside was paradise. The hostesses were so helpful and easy to get ahold for any questions- though there wasn’t many due to the thorough check-in process! We will definitely be back!

This cottage was so cute and really easy to locate thanks to detailed instructions by the owner. The cottage was very clean and most needed appliances were available. The location was peaceful but still close to most anything we needed. Owners relied quickly and answered all questions we had. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and allowed for a stress free, amazing anniversary trip for my husband and myself!

I stayed at the Cottage while visiting family and friends who live in the area, and I loved every single minute of my stay! For one, the Hosts were so friendly and went above and beyond! The property the cottage(s) are located on is gorgeous. You’re tucked away on 16 acres of breathtaking Georgia landscapes and feel like you’re out in the middle of nowhere, yet you are only minutes from everything you need. It was so relaxing and did my soul so much good to sit by the firepit with my dog and best friends who payed me a visit each evening. We saw deer at dusk and a number of beautiful birds during the day - it was just so peaceful and I made wonderful memories there!
The cottage is so charming! There’s a full kitchen, nice bathroom and the bed - oh my goodness, the bed is so comfortable! I can’t remember the last time I got such good sleep like that. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the Hosts, and I highly recommend anyone visiting the area to consider staying here. You won’t be disappointed!

I cannot put into words what would accurately depict the value of our stay. We are in the middle of moving and needed a home away from home during this transition and this stay gave us just that. The cottage was super clean and had everything we needed even kid approved dishes. Jasmine always responded quickly and was lovely to visit with. The peacefulness of the property was exactly what we needed. The kids and pup loved running through the field and catching some small fish. A great little get away. You only need to pack your clothes and toiletries everything else you need is available.

Cozy and peaceful. Beautiful view! Stayed here for 4th of July weekend and didn’t even have to go anywhere to see fireworks. There were tons of fireworks shows all around, just had to walk out on the porch. Great place to stay. I will definitely book again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. If I could give it 10 stars I would. It was very clean and the check in was so easy. The communication was so easy. They responded quicker than anyone I have rented from before. We seen deer everyday of our stay too. We will stay here anytime we are in the Grovetown area.

The place was easy to find, the property is labelled with directions to the cottage, and check-in is as easy as it gets! It was very clean, had everything we needed and more, and our goldens had plenty of space to play around outside! Perfect spot for a weekend get-away!

Had a great stay
My service dog and I had a wonderful stay while I was in town for work. They were welcoming and even had left a water bowl out for my dog. The cottage was vary clean and well kept.
