Truly exceptional all around! The staff are all very pleasant and genuinely appear to be happy (front desk, breakfast servers, and housekeeping). They work very hard to ensure the guests and the facility are well-taken care of during their stay. Our room was fresh and appeared brand new (among the cleanest hotel rooms in which we've stayed)! Breakfast tasty (many options)! Outstanding experience (with no complaints or recommendations for improvement)!

Bedrooms were fine, clean, comfortable. Location was ok.

Lift didn’t work, pool didn’t work, breakfast was grim - one morning we were told the yogurt had run out.Staff were unenthusiastic -eg no apologies or even sympathy offered for broken lift.
