Very clean and spacious room

Super clean hotel and room. Friendly staff. No rugs! Big and spacious. Comfortable beds, good food selection in the area. My biggest concern is a clean room!

Pleasant, comfy and clean.

Not impressed. Very appreciative of the 24 hour coffee availability though. Major plus! The location was convenient and easy to find. They were several restaurant options nearby and a few within walking distance.

Regarding breakfast I would've expected more. Especially for the price point and overall appearance with it being an IHG hotel, I would've at least expected the breakfast to be comparable to Holiday Inn Express.

Great.

I loved that a water station and coffee station were available 24/7. Breakfast was great with a great variety. It was a very clean facility.

None of the 4 USB outlets in my room worked.

Comfortable stay at affordable price

Hot & cold breakfast was delicious. The fresh ground coffee was really good too.

Staff did nothing about noisy neighbors above me, suggested I wear headphones to sleep.

Room was nicely sized and VERY clean. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was a little sketchy. Spent too long trying to get my phone to cast to the TV which is a prime feature when you turn it on.

On my second night, the guests above me sounded like they were doing jumping jacks very heavily above me. This started at about 9pm and lasted until 2am. Then started up again around 7am. When I went down to the desk and complained, they said there was nothing they could do about it and asked if I had headphones. And no, I dont bring headphones on weekend getaways so i dont hear noisy neighbors. I had to drive several hours on Sunday and had less than 5 hours of sleep from all of the banging above me.

It was decent but not a comfortable stay.

I liked the breakfast and that you could have coffee all day. I liked the cleanliness of the room, and the staff at desk were friendly.

Check in took a while because it took 4 times to get it to read my card. Bed was hard and could hear every door around me opening and closing all night. Didn’t sleep much because kept get woke up with doors and the bed was too hard.

Beds were the best ever in a hotel! Breakfast service had lots of options, coffee really good. Facility was exceptionally clean. Front desk staff was friendly, efficient and helpful with directions.

This trip was for family. With thee.m !living in that area now, we will keep staying at this convenient hotel. Rooms were clean. Access to our route was easy.coffee was excellent!

I can't think of anything to write. There are no improvements that I can suggest.

phone charger didn’t work. no towel rack near shower. EVERYTHING ECHOED - no sound privacy. Listened to the church service yelling at me at 8am from next door!

Kristin, the front desk employee was very friendly and helpful. The 24/7 coffee was great and the breakfast was delicious! Our room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The staff was great. The hotel was a big disappointment and I wish I stayed at the hotel next door. The only reason I pi

The tv didn’t work!! The internet was spotty. The keys stopped working and had to be reset after a long day out. The fridge wasn’t cold. You lost my ice packs and it took 30 min to find them. The sheets smelled dirty. The towels had a mildew smell. The parking lot was full of construction vehicles and I came in late each night searching for a place to park. I didn’t feel that my car was safe parked between giant trucks. I paid way too much for what we got. I will not be back. I will not recommend.

I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Priced right and conveniently located.

Nice choice if you are looking for a midscale, no frills hotel in the Augusta area. Newer facility. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet.
