Stayed for 1 week, first was delux room then changed to executive room, it was clean and quiet, the staff was really helpful and friendly, shout out to Hamad, Nader, Adel and Ayoub الله يعطيكم العافية It was perfect staycation and I will definitely coming back!!

The property is really awesome. Morning breakfast with lots of variety and custom food options as per your wish, room cleaning by Mr. Taif Ahmed and his team, help from room service and administration was really outstanding. We never came to know that we are in any hotel, we felt like our home only.

It was nothing that we dislike.

What I liked about the property is that it is in a great location, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Overall, the service was fine, and the room itself was clean and in good condition.

However, my biggest concerns were regarding the room description and the breakfast experience. I had specifically booked a Superior Twin Room based on the pictures provided on Booking.com. Upon arrival, I found that the room I was allocated appeared to correspond to the larger twin room shown in the pictures. When I inquired with the staff, they showed me another, smaller room and explained that this was the standard room, while the room I had received was actually the Superior Twin Room. I do not doubt the integrity of the employee or the explanation provided, but the photographs on Booking.com are misleading and can create incorrect expectations for guests. The property should either ensure that guests receive the type of room represented in the photographs or update the photographs on Booking.com to accurately reflect the rooms being provided. Another major concern was the breakfast. We paid approximately OMR 4.5–5 per person for breakfast, but unfortunately, the experience was not worth the price. The breakfast setup and seating area were quite good, but the food itself was disappointing. Some of the food served in the chafing dishes was already quite hard, and the overall variety was limited. I also noticed other guests expressing similar dissatisfaction with the breakfast. The hotel could significantly improve the experience by offering better-quality food and a wider variety of options. Additionally, although the bathroom was clean and in good condition, the shampoo holder was missing, which is a small but noticeable issue that could easily be addressed.
