Fast reception service with very friendly and welcoming staff. There is ample parking available, which makes access convenient. The gym facilities are good, and there is a nearby supermarket along with several restaurants, adding to the overall convenience of the location.

Everything about the hotel is wonderful.
Nothing at all.

It’s in a good location. Everything is new and clean. There seemed to be plenty of parking but then also it wasn’t fully booked.
Since it’s called “Frankincense” hotel, I expected they’d be burning frankincense or have defusers and also frankincense products like soap and shampoo in the bathroom, but there wasn’t any of that. Also the hotel wasn’t even near full capacity and yet they put me on the second floor in a room that had no light and faced Angie building, feels like they definitely could have spared an outward facing room. There are plenty of better hotels in Muscat for less than this. No idea why it’s this basic at this cost.
