Security is questionable

Amazing view from the balcony, great experience with the front desk.

The hotel is not secure- whether they know it or not, people are in the hotel who are not paying guests. The pool, fitness center, and other areas are not key-card protected. The pool room was very dimly lit.

Wouldn't stay in this hotel again.

The housekeeping people were very nice.

The room was way overly priced, our phone in the room did not work at all, we didn't have a phone book in the room or a do not disturb sign, the blankets on the beds were as thin as the sheets. TV was no bigger than the TV my child has in his bedroom. Water pressure in the shower was also horrible and there was not enough outlets and the outlets that were accessible were in awkward spots.

A good location to access the beach. Good for a short stay.

I liked the Proximity to the beach, the room was clean, a short walk to the shops/restaurants.

There was a lot of cigarettes and rubbish on the walk ways to the rooms. Didn’t look very clean.

Very bad experience in our stay

Service, hotel is dirty, during my stay they never cleaned my room, they never brought me clean towels when I asked for them, the parking lot parking lot It is super dirty the employees smoke marijuana in the parking lot all the smell enters the rooms since they basically smoke outside, the room they assigned me had a super ugly smell, I will never return to this hotel

it was ok just they should make it one hotel instead of two and they need to clean better!

the property is good just wish that they did punish the double queen size with no ocean view and how they share the same pictures , they didn’t have any toilet paper and they barley responded at the front desk and they tried to charge us again when we already paid

Clean but not happy with my room location

The hotel was clean, maids were very friendly.

I booked this hotel because it was ocean front. When they told us our room was across the street we weren't happy. I asked about an ocean front room, they said because I booked with a third party (booking.com) that they would have to redo our reservation and pay them and then get my original money from booking.com. I didn't appreciate that at all. It was misleading to me

It was advertised that there was a jacuzzi, and there was no spa. My room was across the street from the indoor pool and the brochure didn't say it was two separate buildings across the street from each other

Disappointing

Fact was under impression we were in hotel with indoor pool nope they put us across the street plus look like what was a dead bird on steps once got there and was never cleaned up was still there once left this morning. The thing they call a blanket is a joke had go Walmart get blankets. Pillow looks like a travel size instead of standard pillow and uncomfortable. Was very not happy with the stay. They need update web information say have two hotels one with indoor pool and one with outside pool only so it's not misleading

The location is good

The room could have been cleaner. There was hair and dirt in the bathtub. This was in our second room after changing because the first room had obviously not been cleaned, since the beds were not even made.

Very disappointed in misrepresentation from Booking.com and Ramada's lack of concern

My friends

Booking.com misrepresented the room, there was no pull out sofa as described. The hotel would make no accommodation and blamed Booking.com for the error. Not happy with the hotel or Booking.com. We had 3 adults and two children. We needed the pull out sofa NOT a loveseat for an adult to sleep on for two nights. I am very disappointed with Ramada and Booking.com. Most lights in the room did not work. Plugs on lamps were missing prongs. There was not a coffee pot in the room. We had to ask twice for one to be delivered along with toilet paper and blankets.

This was a 2 room suite and neither TV worked. That was disappointing. Also the heater struggled to keep the room above 65f.

The indoor pool was great. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant.Great access to the beach.

Did not like crossing Atlantic Ave to get to the office. Maintenance had to come fix the TV. The toilet did not flush completely. The coffee maker was disappointing.

Booked for the amenities for my son's birthday to be able to go swimming and enjoy the inside of the hotel paid for it only to find that I was across the street in a dark area that was unsafe that had stairs no lighting outside the door I am handicapped and senior citizen, was led to believe that I was going to be inside the hotel where I would have been safe and not across the street in a dark parking lot having to worry to come out this room to get to my vehicle and get out of there safely. The lights didn't even work outside the hotel room. It was scary. It was supposed to be for family to come and visit just to go swimming and enjoy the facility we are locals. Only to find at the front desk that I was indeed booked upstairs in a dark parking lot and not in the building at all. Wasn't accommodated or even spoke to in reference to the fact that I had books the inside of the hotel where I would be safe. Won't be coming back for that reason. Coming outside of my room scary because it's dark and there's no lights in the hallway. Handicap and trying to get to my car safely.

relaxing! I have not really gotten any sleep until I was here and listening to the ocean was worth it.

I apparently booked a room with 1 bed and they moved me to a room with no bed and after laughing with the staff at the front desk they moved me to a suite with an ocean view. the view was amazing!

the restraint is not part of the hotel…
