Here is my honest opinion on this property: we booked here as a cheaper rated room because we had just spent a week in VA Beach in July. Being the end of summer, but the days booked were during one of the busiest times for the area, the property exceeded my expectations. I looked at reviews from previous customers and took that into consideration, planning ahead. The biggest concern from them was lack of towels per room and dirty bedding. The room we stayed in had 2 towel sets and clean bedding. I always take extra precautions by bringing my own everything due to being hyper sensitive as far as skin allergies, but I was ok. I did have to clean the tub (and bathroom), as it wasn't cleaned to my liking, but didn't report it nor did it affect my stay. The room was clean, they did have an issue with towels for the guest, but were washing and dispersing towels up until midnight which wasn't an issue for us. As customers had issues, they dispatched their employees to take care of it immediately from what I saw during check-in. I like their pre-check in and out options. It made it a smooth process. The office is across the street as an fyi.
The only complaint I have is the lack of working ice-machines throughout both properties. There are two for both places on the 6th and 7th floor in the main building. But other than that, I had no complaints.

First day on arrival, the staff was really non-welcoming. It was all men working at the desk. Thursday, when I came down to pay the rest of my balance, Miss Cindy took care of me she went above and beyond, and her customer service is phenomenal.
