The location and size of the home were good for a larger family. The home and amenities were a little dated, but the appliances were updated enough. Suggestion: leave instructions on how the heaters work!

Great space, very nice. One thing which should be easy to fix: the most disgusting dust bunnies on higher surfaces and ceilings, including recessed lights. It's like this has never been dusted before. I felt like some 3 year old clump of dust would fall in my food at any moment. Clean tops of pictures, decor, light fixtures and ceilings from time to time. Thanks!

The home was as advertised and it was generally clean; however, it was not well stocked with items, such as dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and trash bags. We had to go purchase all those items ourselves. The house is certainly showing some wear and tear and needs a deep cleaning. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the family room and the carpets were worn. When we pulled out the dishes, pans and silverware, they all needed to be washed. In addition, the vast majority of all the kitchen utensils are broken or cracked, which just invites bacteria. The hair dryer did not work but the management company quickly replaced.

The bus stop was a short walk away and the bus was scheduled every 15 minutes so this worked well too and from the mountain and skiing. The living room was a good size with a beautiful wood fireplace which we did not use since the rental did not come with wood. The condo had a nice kitchen and the rooms were well sized. We would consider staying here again!

This neighborhood was quiet yet right across the street from the racquet club. bighorn Park is an easy stroll and the bus stop is less than a block away.

I thought the overall layout of the townhome was great. Ample room for 5+ guests. The walk to the bus shuttle was easy. Kitchen is a little dated. They definitely need to invest in kitchen aids (I.e. pots, pans, knives, and cooking utensils. Some of the beds on the third floor are done and should be replaced. Oh, and they should consider putting a grill on the outdoor patio. Overall I really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely rent again.
