Situated in Traverse City, this attractive condo for $350 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Brand New Property in the heart of Downtown Traverse City. This amazing condo is situated perfectly for an amazing vacation in Traverse City! **Cleaned according to CDC guidelines and protocols so the condo will be extremely safe and sanitized**** - Parking is first come first serve behind the condo. If those spots are full The Old Town Parking Garage is located right next door which has free parking as well from 6pm-8am. ***Our Vacation Rental is zoned in accordance with Downtown Traverse City Laws to allow vacation rentals*** - 1Bedroom with a King Bed. 1 Full Bathroom, Full Kitchen, Sleeps 4 (pull out couch) - 58” Smart TV with Spectrum TV, Disney +, and You Tube TV. - Approximately a 1/2 mile to the beaches - Across the street from the Old Town Play House. 2nd floor condo and not handicap accessible. - A short walk to everything Downtown TC has to offer. This property is great for a single person, a couple or a couple and family. Please plan on being respectful to our neighbors/friends in the neighboring units as some units are permanent residences.

Condo was clean and tidy and everything we needed for a nice weekend trip!

Propery is perfect for a couple looking to do some shopping and dining. Close to several great options for food. And front street is just a few blocks away.
The flat was well equipped with nice furnishings, the bed was comfortable, and it was Squeaky clean!
Parking was not an issue in the free lots behind the building, but the parking deck is also next door for when it is more busy.
The vibe of the neighborhood is really nice. The local bars brewery and restaurants made us want to be locals.
We have been coming to TC for 20 years on these long weekend trips, and this one was one of the better experiences we've had.

Went to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We were able to park right there and walk everywhere for the three days. There is some minimal road noise outside the bedroom (we live in the country and we sleep with a fan on), and the white noise phone app worked great. The condo is nicely equipped and has fun Michigan decor. Everything is brand new. Zero smells (no perfume, no mustiness, no chemical flooring smell). Everything was great.

We were in town for a funeral and were originally looking at a hotel stay. I decided to try to find a place to rent instead and was happy to find this condo! Location was perfect...we were able to walk to Front Street for dinner and also to the nearby funeral home. Our friends met us one of the days at Rare Bird Brewpub which is just across the street. We were always able to get a parking spot in the provided lot by the condo. The place itself was very clean and had everything we needed. It was also very nicely decorated and up to date. The owner were great with all communication. The value was fantastic especially when comparing how much more you get than when staying in a hotel. Definitely recommend!

We used this as a base for our fall Michigan get away. Easy access from M22 and M31 for the best fall foliage drives. Short walk to front street with shops, restaurants and bars. Easy check in, very clean and spacious. Book this place!

this condo has all you need & the location is prime. we were able to walk to anything downtown easily.
the only minor feedback is parking -- it's first come, first serve in the lot. otherwise, you can go first floor in the garage next door but may have to pay ~$12 if it's during the day. it's free overnight.
overall, the location and convenience of the spot is still highly recommended, great stay!

We had a beautiful weekend stay in Traverse City celebrating my husband's 50th birthday! The condo is tastefully decorated, well supplied, and within walking distance to dowtown. The owners were available to answer all questions in a more than timely manner. Should we find ourselves needing lodging while in Traverse City, we will definitely return to Lisa and David's beautiful condo.

Perfect for what we needed to visit family and have them meet out new addition ( 4 month old) . Place had everything we needed. Did need to pay for parking on the weekend related to lack of spots and we even had a handicap ♿️ pass. Close to everything down town, we were able to walk to almost everything. Like this place very much

If you’re looking for a place conveniently located close to downtown and comfortable to hang out in when not out on the town you’ve found the right place. David and Lisa made the process simple and provide all of the basic convenience items anyone might want for a short stay. We arrived Friday evening intending to order take out before arriving in town. We were delighted to find Firefly just a short walk around the corner - perfect! Front street is an easy 5-10 minute walk eliminating the need to find parking. Thanks for helping make it a great weekend!

We rented this lovely property for a short anniversary getaway before all the holiday happenings take place. It was perfect for the two of us! It was tastefully decorated and very clean. It had everything we needed for a couple of nights. The location was great also. The owners were helpful and great to work with also. Looking forward to a return visit.

We stayed at this condo for a couple days on a trip through Michigan for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. The location was perfect and the condo is up to date as advertised. We were able to walk to downtown Traverse City and visit all the breweries. It is a short drive over to Sleeping Bear Dunes which I highly recommend visiting if you stay in Traverse. The condo was clean, well stocked, and the check in process was easy. Great overall stay.. we will be back.

Clean and comfortable condo.
Repeat stay, so we knew what to expect. Traffic on 8th seems a bit heavier this time. Unfortunately too many “ drag racers” later in the evening made it nosier than it should be. Otherwise, everything was great.

Expect to spend/budget $25 per night in additional parking fees per day!
First off, the condo is beautiful and well appointed. The hosts were very kind and responsive. Very nice buildout for a rental. Bed was comfortable, however, light sleepers take note that the bedroom windows overlook the entrance to the parking garage next door.
Speaking about parking...plan on paying for parking at the garage next door. Based on my count, there much fewer parking spots built as there are units in the building. Furthermore, I observed a bachelorette party staying in the building with 5 girls staying in the unit undoubtedly gobbling up several parking spots on their own as the building does not monitor how many guests park in the lot - huge problem!
Moral of the story, expect to spend $20/night on parking at the garage next door, which resets at 7am, so unless you take your car out at 7am, you will be charged an ADDITIONAL $1.50/hr after 7am - hence the $25/day fee I suggest you build into your budget. Pricey parking for a small town as these are fees that we see in Chicago!
My wife and I really liked the unit and were able to make the additional parking fees work, however, if you're price sensitive: consider yourself warned.

We had a great time staying at this property! It's the perfect size for two people and has everything you need while on vacation. We were able to walk everywhere but the wineries. There is some noise from the street and neighbors, but a fan should drown it out. We would definitely come back!

short stay in TC
We only needed a short waystation in TC until our house in Sutton's Bay became available, and this apartment did the trick! We got in very late Friday night after a horrendous day of travel, and I could not for the life of me find the email with the code to get into the apartment. Thank god though the owners had texted me their direct phone numbers, and they even answered at 1:00 am to give me the code!!! Their responsiveness saved the day (night)!! Other than that, the place was super clean and nice, and perfectly located for anyone wanting easy access to downtown TC and the beaches. Would recommend!
