Not bad overall but the screaming baby next door was rough

I've been to Home 2, in other states. When it came time for family to check in for mom's funeral, They wouldn't except them, because I wasn't there. Until I called & became upset. I had to cancel my flight, because I was tested positive for Covid, the day before my flight. But, I was still paying for my family's stay. Then, they said, that my card only paid for one room!? There was plenty there to more than cover it all. North East, Home2, wasn't as friendly as the south.

Nice place and location, consider it if you can get a good deal

Standard breakfast, decent choices. Very clean facilities and well maintained. Overall a quiet place considering we stayed there on a holiday. Good location outside the busy-ness of Burlington and convenient to the highway.

Maybe because of the holiday, but I didn't feel like it was a good value for the price we paid, although this was clean and well maintained and nice staff.

This hotel has nice sized rooms with pretty much everything you need; it’s like a little studio apartment. Two queen beds plus a pullout couch with bedding in one of the many drawers (great place for long term stays!). A long curtain that can separate the beds area from the couch and desk/table area. Yeah, there’s a desk that can pull out/tuck away, with a decent chair, lots of countertop space, lots of shelves. There’s a kitchenette with a nice size sink, nice size fridge/freezer- not like a college fridge. It’s impressive. There’s a coffee/tea maker, and a hot plate with a small sauté pan. I didn’t check for silverware, but wish I had. The location is fine. It’s convenient to Rt 2 and 89, which is nice. Burlington is about ten minutes away. There’s a small saltwater pool, which is awesome, and a small workout room with some machines. The woman at the desk when we signed in was awesome. The guy when we signed out was good too. This is our second time at a Home2 Suites, and I really like the layout and appointment of the rooms. They’re functional and comfortable.

There was no fan in the bathroom! With three adults in a room, you really want a fan for white noise in a close space with thin walls like that. That’s another thing - thin walls. You can hear everything. We were above the pool, and I was inclined to ask for a discount because of the noise, but the swimmers left before I was annoyed enough to do anything. Also, there should have been a comforter or another blanket for the pullout couch, and for both queens. Hotels never give you enough pillows or blankets. The location is convenient to highways, but there’s nothing scenic or friendly about it. It’s in a mall area. I had people at a table eating outdoors next door to our side of the hotel looking in at us. Lots of traffic. No walking or anything natural. This is, in my opinion, an expensive room. I know it isn’t, for Burlington standards, but when all was said and done, it was about $360/night for that room. I know that isn’t high end any more, but that’s insane. That’s a huge amount of my paycheck to be able to go to my daughter’s graduation. So I feel it isn’t a great value. But, despite these drawbacks, this is really a nice room in a decent hotel.

I liked the layout of the room. The high ceiling gave a sense of space. It was nice having a little kitchen area. The bed was comfortable, and the heater was quiet. Actually, it was a very quiet place at night. The fresh fruit offered in the lobby was greatly appreciated, as well as the friendly staff. It was great having mugs, dishes, and flatware in our room.

It wasn't exceptionally clean. The pan provided for cooking was definitely not ready to use. The paper towel holder had some grime on top, and there looked like some mildew in the shower. The one knife was cheap and I had a hard time cutting through an apple. The blinking light of the smoke alarm and the light in the clock were making it hard to sleep. The complimentary breakfast was decent, though it's tricky for us with a gluten-free, sugar-free diet.

Consistently comfortable

I stay at this facility several times a year when visiting my daughter at college. It's always clean and comfortable.

My last couple stays I've noticed more noise from the floor above. Not too bad this stay, but my last stay was non-stop until 10 pm

I love the location and closeness to the hospital

The room was conveniently located as I requested due to the health of my Daughter. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional.

The room above ours was occupied by a family with children and they were very unruly way into the night near 11pm. The beds were to soft and I found I had a hard time getting to sleep.

Nice stay. Good Location for almost everything.

Good Breakfast Clean Open Airy Atmosphere. Large room window with good view. Nice workout gym. Easy incredible access to numerous retail establishments. Friendly staff.

Room was cold. Heater button broken. No way to adjust heat. Fan ran on low all night. No bathtub, shower only.

Our room was very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was disappointing, they didn't have much of a selection like other Home 2 suites. No hashbrowns or sausage. Just pre heated sandwiches. They did have eggs. The waffle station had no extras like other Home2 suites.The knives were not clean, thank goodness we did not need one. It definitely is the little things that make people happy and satisfied. We will not return to this Home2 suites.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities and rooms were very nice.

The elevators were a long walk from several rooms. Not really set up for cooking in the room.

If I'm in need of an overnight stay, I'll definitely choose this accommodation everytime.

The breakfast was plentiful to pick from. The access to coffee was great. The location to hospital was very good and easy to get to my Daughter's appointment.

The bed could have been a little firmer. The location of the room was a little far from the elevator.
