Room was spacious and had all the necessities we needed. Parking was easy and convenient. It was close enough to what we needed by not far enough away to be comfortable and quiet.

Better after hours drink and food selection in the lobby, maybe some adult beverages. The elevators annual inspections were expired.

The location, amenities, and most of the staff — superb!

That one staff at the office near the front desk. Didn’t get the chance to get his name. But he ruined my day big time. Such a rude guy, his response to my “complain” was very inappropriate. It wasn’t even a complain because I apologized and I admitted it was our mistake that our room has not been cleaned for 7 days. And I wasn’t even talking to him in the first place, he just overheard me and the other staff talking. But clearly, he can’t handle situations like that properly. Needs to be reminded that he works in hospitality industry period
