I had a very pleasant stay. The location was great, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and I really enjoyed the spa. I also booked a massage during my stay, which was excellent. Everything went very well and I really enjoyed my stay.
The kitchenette was advertised as one of the available facilities, but when I arrived, I was informed that it was under repair. Unfortunately, it remained unavailable throughout my entire stay, and I had not been informed about this before my arrival.
The bed was also quite noisy and made a lot of noise whenever someone moved or turned over. This could easily disturb or wake up another person who was already sleeping. Apart from these two points, everything was fine.

Situation proche d’une des deux grande place de la ville. Tout peut se faire à pied depuis l’hostel et prix disponibles en dortoir pour les tous petits budgets
Point numéro 1 : l’annonce sur booking indique que l’accès au spa est gratuit pour les client de l’hôtel. En demandant à la réception on m’a dit finalement que c’était seulement une réduction.
Point numéro 2 : il n’y avait pas de cuisine, contrairement à ce qui était indiqué sur booking. Je suis allée faire mes courses le premier soir (45€ de dépenses) pour mes 4 nuits et au final on m’a dit froidement qu’il n’y avait pas de cuisine. J’insiste en disant que c’était pourtant même écrit sur la signalétique dans le couloir (la signalétique indique une cuisine). On m’a répondu qu’en fait elle est en travaux. Personne ne me l’a dit en arrivant. Résultat 45€ de course alimentaires pour rien ! Et des dépenses non prévues en restauration extérieure
