Elegant and exceptionally spacious 118 m² apartment located on Mezibranská Street in the very center of Prague, accommodating up to 6 guests. The apartment stands out for its distinctive antique-inspired décor, carefully selected details, and custom-made furniture, creating a warm and unique atmosphere. One of its greatest highlights is the beautiful view from the apartment towards the National Museum and the surrounding park.

The apartment features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed (160 × 180 cm), providing additional sleeping space for two guests, as well as a dining area perfect for relaxing together after a day in the city. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for comfortable everyday living and makes the apartment suitable for both short and longer stays. There are two separate bedrooms: the larger bedroom features a generous king-size bed 180 × 200 cm, while the second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 160 × 200 cm queen-size bed.

The location is one of the apartment`s greatest advantages. Situated just around the corner from the National Museum and only a few minutes` walk from Wenceslas Square, the apartment places you directly in the heart of Prague while offering beautiful views towards the museum and nearby greenery. Old Town, the historic city centre, restaurants, cafés, shops and many of Prague`s most famous attractions are all within easy walking distance. Excellent public transport connections nearby also make it easy to reach any other part of the city, allowing you to enjoy Prague`s historic centre from an exceptionally convenient and characterful base.

1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law.
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 300 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are not allowed.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
