Great place if you are bigger group who needs 4 big beds and a big balcony. Excellent location.

This apartment offer 4 full size double beds, so you can rest comfortably and have plenty of space with 2 bathrooms. It has great position, so metro and museum are close, which is great start for city exploration. Balcony offers seating outside so you can enjoy fresh air and sun. Host offered a solution how to easily park for a fee behind a corner, so we did not have problem with that.

You need to take few steps on stairs to get to elevator. Top floor is under sloped roof so if you are tall you may be limited with ceiling. There is no AC, but we got fans to fight heat. Apartment is located nearby busy street with firefighter station, so it may be noisy if windows are open.

1. Severe Noise Pollution The property is located right next to a police station and a fire department, resulting in intolerable siren and street noise 24/7. 2. Extreme Lack of Basic Amenities No personal toiletries were provided—we had to bring our own shampoo and hand soap. The only provided items were a low-absorbency towel and dish soap. 3. Poor Building Layout & Safety Hazards The building design is poorly thought out, making it extremely difficult to haul luggage up and down. Additionally, the low sloping ceiling in the attic room poses a constant head-bumping hazard. 4. Unresponsive Host Communication was frustratingly slow; the host failed to reply to messages in a timely manner. 5. Severe Discrepancy from Photos & Missing Bedding The actual property looks nothing like the listing photos. The balcony is tiny, and basic bedding was missing—there was only a thin blanket provided overall, and one bedroom had no fitted sheet, duvet, or blanket at all. 6. Unacceptable Cleanliness Standards The place was not properly cleaned prior to check-in. Leftover food from previous guests was left behind, and the dish soap bottle emitted a foul stench of decaying food waste.

Worst Stay Ever: Extremely Overpriced and Absolutely Not Recommended! As seasoned travelers who have visited numerous countries across Europe and Asia, we always make an effort to understand and respect local cultures, habits, and living standards. However, we simply cannot recommend this accommodation. We booked a total of 9 nights at this apartment, paying a high rate of $320–$400 USD per night on weekdays. The value for money was so terrible that we regretted our decision on the very first night! When we initially booked, the host's responses were polite enough. However, after the full payment was charged two weeks before our arrival, their attitude took a complete turn for the worse. When issues came up, we tried reaching out via Booking.com and WhatsApp, but the host responded extremely slowly—and even rudely told us that they were "on vacation." Here are the major issues we encountered during our stay: 1. Constant 24-Hour Siren Noise The apartment is located right next to a police and fire station. Siren noises from ambulances and police cars blared constantly day and night without stopping. Even with the windows tightly shut, the high-decibel noise was clearly audible, making it virtually impossible to get a good night's rest. 2. Severe Lack of Amenities and Poor Hygiene Inadequate Supplies: Absolutely no body wash or shampoo was provided. Each guest received only one towel, which had terrible absorbency, and there wasn't even a bath mat in the bathroom. Extremely Poor Cleaning: Leftover food and food waste from previous guests were actually left inside the dishwasher and refrigerator! Furthermore, one of the bedrooms was left completely unmade, with no bed sheets, pillows, or duvet. Stingy Consumables: The detergent provided wasn't even enough for a single load of laundry. 3. Unreliable Elevator and Difficult Luggage Hauling The elevator broke down completely during our stay.

距離市中心走路20到30分鐘就到

1）住宿地點旁邊就是警察局消防車車24小時不停的執勤，既使晚上窗戶關起來，仍然很吵。2）全部的盥洗用品都沒有，找不到吹風機，只留下洗衣機空瓶，洗碗機沒有清理，冰箱還留前一任住宿者的食物。3）住宿管理者回信的速度稍慢，因為找不到即時的答案，所以藉由Booking平台還有WhatsApp聯絡房東，房東的回答是「I’m on vacation 」。
