La ubicación, aunque la calle era animada y estaba cerca de todo.
La limpieza excelente.
La comunicación fue fantástica en todo momento.
Era lo que se prometía.
El calor que hacía dentro de la casa.
Había ventiladores, pero no eran suficientes.
El frigorífico costó que enfriase, pero porque estaba al mínimo.

Квартира большая, много шкафов, места для хранения. На кухне есть все необходимое для готовки. Есть лифт. Хорошие месторасположения - близко в Вацлавской площади.
Квартиру нужно привести в порядок, она выглядит старой и не ухоженной. У нас были 3 сломанных стула, в комнатах темно, подушек мало и они очень маленькие. Ощущение запущенности, хотя у квартиры очень большой потенциал.

The apartment is in the centre, very comfortable, with big rooms, a big dining area, plenty of privacy, and 2x fully equipped bathrooms with showers and toilets, which is very handy for accommodating more people . Big fridge-freezer, oven, and microwave. Heating is perfect, and hot water is perfect, no problem whatsoever.
Good communication with the owner.
I didn't like foam mattresses with no mattress cover, and the smell of waste from pipes in the bathroom.
Also, a box for the key is a little bit tricky to open. Kitchen towels would be nice, also.
Otherwise, brilliantly situated rooms with plenty of space and privacy for a big group, even for 8 people. didn't really see anything good like this on my resource for apartments.
In my opinion, an apartment needs just a few little touches to lift it to a completely different category, for which I would gladly pay more.

Местоположение идеално , удобни легла, топло и уютно .
Липсва работеща пералня, нямаше никакво кафе , завивката е твърде малка за двама души , липсват тоалетни принадлежности
