The property is absolutely spectacular in every respect!
The room we had was amazing and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the Weir and River Tamar.
There is another room in the property which is also beautiful, but is only occupied if you travel as a party of 4.
The Breakfast was absolutely sensational, and Denis is such an amazing cook, and her food is truly amazing.
The hosts, Denise and Richard were warm, friendly and made our stay so special.
We have made firm friends for the future!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful B&B in Cornwall. From the moment we arrived, everything felt incredibly special.
The location is absolutely stunning, nestled amongst beautiful greenery with wonderful walks right on the doorstep. Our accommodation was pristine, with a gorgeous room, lovely views and a beautiful outdoor balcony — such a peaceful place to relax and take everything in.
But what really made our stay so memorable were our wonderful hosts. The house is filled with warmth, heart and soul, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Nothing was too much trouble.
There was nothing to dislike, the property was amazing.

Awesome awesome location. Denise and Richard were great hosts. Denise’s breakfast was something to look forward to every morning - it was delight to the eyes and tummy. She took great efforts to cater to all our dietary requirements with precision.
Richard was a great guide to us and helped plan our days in the region.
All in all it was a lovely stay for us

This is a beautiful property, literally a home from home.
Being next to a small weir run, the sound of a soft water flow drifts you to relaxation. On a wonderful private terrace. Richard & Denise go beyond for attention to detail and a warm family welcome. Not to mention the, best breakfasts ever had from B&B, knocks spots of any hotel!!!
