Situated in Surf City, this charming condo for $765 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This oceanfront 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is the southern half of a duplex located just within the S-curve in Surf City. This lovely home is dog friendly, so bring your well-behaved furry friends. Spend time of the oceanfront decks to take in the sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. And a dip in the oceanfront hot tub is just what the doctor ordered for a relaxing vacation. Bedrooms: 1) 2nd Floor King master with full private bath and whirlpool tub (2nd floor) 2) 1st Floor King master with full private bath and sliders to the oceanfront covered deck 3) Queen room with full private bath 4) Queen room is full bath adjacent 5) Double Bunk room (Double on bottom Double on top) w/ Trundle, full bath adjacent TOWELS, SHEETS, TOILET PAPER, TRASH BAGS, LAUNDRY/DISH SOAP ETC. ARE NOT INCLUDED. Please read below. $150 Non-Refundable Fee per Dog - max number allowed is 2. Sorry, no cats are allowed. Topsail Island vacation rentals | Trip Preparation Topsail Island rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay on Topsail be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! Standing sand on bed covers..Mildew smell in house.. All mattresses were rock hard.. No elevator in house like advertisement.. good location but that’s it.. will not return..

Wonderful Spring Vacation
We had an amazing time at this property. Plenty of room for two families plus our two dogs. The only hiccup we had was an issue with the hot tub but the owners quickly resolved the issue! Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful spring Vacation!
