The TV did not work. The floors were dirty and the balcony had not been cleaned which was disappointing. Too many steps to the apartment - difficult with luggage and groceries

View was amazing. Pretty good location

The property was not cleaned to standards. Needed a more deeper clean. It was like they just made the beds and left. The stuff in the cupboards were dirty also. Need more things like pots, pans, tea towels and the sponge was so small it had been cut to save money. Definitely need a better tv. It wasn't even a smart Tv and the sound was terrible.

Overall Fantastic. Was a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

Fantastic views and large balcony with plenty of seating. Beds very comfortable and plenty of spare blankets. Spacious unit for large family. Large kitchen. Laundry came in handy for wet towels. Pool was lovely and clean.

There are a lot of stairs, would not be suitable for someone with bad knees or older, although we were rather fit by the end of the week (bonus). Many of the appliances could do with an upgrade (Fridge Toaster TV).

Holiday accommodation

Amazing views. Spacious. Great for a big group. Beautiful breeze. Beautiful view of the sunrise. Closer to the main street.

Master shower was dirty and leaked out of the bottom onto the floor. Neighbours were smokers, so we had to go back inside whenever they were outside smoking.

Lovely comfortable unit with great views.

Beautiful unit with good view. Spacious. Comfortable.

The unit wasn't very clean when we took occupation. Old litter in drawers. Showers had soap scum on doors and glass panels. The kitchen utensils and crockery was lacking. Not sufficient for a 6 sleeper unit.

clean, comfortable and close to town

The unit was spacious and clean and a great view out to the bay. Air conditioning available in all rooms.

I’d read reviews that there were lots of stairs, and it was true. The trickiest part was that we didn’t quite know where the unit was and had to actively search for it in the complex. Better instructions than “walk up the stairs to unit 8” would’ve been helpful, especially on a hot day carrying luggage. There are in fact two separate car parks, each with an allocation for number 8. Use the higher carpark, then use the stairs at the top of the driveway (rather than the internal stairs), then walk straight along the walkway and unit 8 is at the far end.

Very good

Property was nice, clean and tidy, big enough for my family stunning view, as high up, comfy beds

There was no lifts, had to carry all our bags and cases up 2 very steep flights of stairs which were quite slippy when wet, driveway was also very steep and slippy when wet, car parks quite small for big cars. Also my kids were defo not a fan of walking up all the hills to get back from Airlie Main Street

The views from the balcony were amazing. Its a great place to stay if you have a large family. Was value for money considering what is in the unit.

Overall - we did have a wonderful time and accommodation suited our needs, minus the steps :) haha!

Location and view were great. Accommodation was very comfortable, clean and nicely furnished and quiet.

Steps - not practical when having to unload luggage/groceries etc. This was a huge downfall for us and unfortunately due to this reason, would be hard to recommend and future book. I think that the walkways and outside areas such as spa/clothesline area could do with abit of TLC - upon arrival, entry way into spa area over grown, and full of spiders and webs - side of spa decking has come away exposing stored gear underneath - previous guest items left behind.
