About this resort
This is an absolutely delightful uplifting villa decorated with fun and the island in mind. Spacious, bright, and a short walk to the Shipyard Beach Club. A 1200sf one bedroom, 2 full baths, sleeps up to 4 people and has a new air conditioning system. The kitchen is full of light with a red tiled floor, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and skylights. The living room has wood floors, queen size sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress and a fireplace. The dining area looks out over the lagoon and oaks. The master suite offers a king-sized bed, flat screen tv and private bath. The 2nd bathroom is a full bath with a shower stall. We have a full size washer and dryer. Outside, a large private shaded wrap-around deck also provides views of the ponds, oaks and the golf course for a very tranquil and peaceful setting. After a day fun in the sun it's a very tranquil setting to end the evening.

We loved this well equipped condo! Lots of light and extra large deck that backed up to the lagoon. Very clean and the property manager quickly responded to our messages. Short walk to the pool, beach access and next to the bike path.

Nice condo with a beautiful deck, very clean and at a short walk to the beach. The unit is situated in a nice gated neighborhood with lots of bike trails, which where fun to ride the bikes on. The host is nice and very responsive to your needs. We had a wonderful vacation in Hilton Head and we will come back again. Thank you.

We stayed in the condos in Shipyard with other family members close by. Beautiful area. Nice and quiet deck to enjoy reading. Wished we would have rented bikes.

This is our 5th year staying at this property. We love it, great location, perfect size for 2 of us. Private, very nice. However, didn't feel clean when we got there. The bathroom drain was totally plugged up with a big wad of hair. The only bedroom had huge brown stains on carpet. It was a little disappointing as we typically have no complaints with this property. If they get some things cleaned up we would stay again.
