A 1200sf one bedroom, 2 full baths, sleeps up to 4 people and has a new air conditioning system. The kitchen is full of light with a red tiled floor, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, white cabinets and wall tiles, a large skylight. The living room has wood floors, queen size sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress and a fireplace. The dining area with a country style wooden table looks out over the ponds and oaks. The bedroom offers a king-sized bed, flat screen tv and private bath. The 2nd bathroom is a full bath with a shower stall. We have a full size washer and dryer. Outside, a large private shaded wrap-around deck also provides views of the ponds, oaks and the golf course for a very tranquil and peaceful setting.
