About this house rental
Located in Villa Park, this lovely house for $472 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. There are three Cal-King masters on-suites: two are on the main floor and one upstairs. The remaining Cal-King bedroom and a children's full over full bunk bed share the hallway bathroom. The bathrooms are all upgraded with tile floors and quartz countertops. Beautiful hardwood floors run throughout the home. Spacious open-concept main living room. Beautifully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Plenty of seating at the custom dining room table, with additional seating at the Kitchen island. Main Living Room has a 60' TV w/DVD player. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. A full-size washer and dryer are located right off the kitchen. There is a second living room that contains a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The home has Central Air & Heat. Relax in our sparkling jacuzzi that comfortably seats 15. Enjoy our outdoor seating and natural gas BBQ Grill. This house SLEEPS 12 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 4. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. 3 Night Minimum Rental No Outside Music of Any Kind No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. Security Cameras protect the house Pricing includes a mandatory jacuzzi fee, jacuzzi heated to 102 All major credit/debit cards are accepted. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s) of ANY booking with technical error(s) that includes but is not limited to; pricing, website difficulties, or any other issue that may arise in the booking stage of a reservation. honestly, the rules were a bit much but understand why they were required. it was a lot to read but after getting over that part all was great.
the layout of the house was perfect for us, especially the kitchen. it was easy to prep food while still being able to visit with the family and it was well appointed.
the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms was good too. it allowed for privacy so no one was disturbed if anyone stayed up late or got up early.
we will definitely be back.

We enjoy the stay but there are too many restrictions with the neighborhood. We cant use it after 9 or 10 pm. The water temperature is not warm enough and you have to pay extra to increase the temp. No cleaning supplies were provided in the kitchen. Some basic supplies should be provided. The drain in the hall bathroom didn't work -- didnt seem to be fixed even after maintenance came. Alarm to the pool area is annoying after a few days. Overall, really disappointed for not being able to use the pool at night - this was the feature that made us choose this house.

My family of 7 stayed in this home for our disneyland and universal studios vacation. We selected it for 2 major reasons. #1 it had 3 master bedrooms with bathrooms plus 2 additional rooms to house ourselves and 5 adult kids. The beds were comfy, the bedding was clean and cozy.
#2 reason was the mega 15 person hot tub. We really were excited for this luxury. Especially after long days at the parks. The hot tub was clean, large and the lounge style seating and table with chairs were nice. The hot tub was finicky- taking 2-3 hours to get to the desired 102 degrees during designated hours 9am- 10pm. Most times it was closer to 85- 95 degrees. Management was available to reach out to; they sent somebody to look at the mechanics. Unfortunately, I just think that this huge hot tubs is hard to regulate as it goes dormant when not in use. The pool alarm is super annoying but honestly if it saves a child’s life; it is definitely worth it! Once you get the hang of it- ot becomes routine.
The kitchen is massive, lots of room to make meals. There are 2 separate entertainment areas with sectional couches. This was really great for down time. This is a wonderful property for larger groups.
We did not have any problems with parking or respecting the house rules at this property. Thank you!!!

We absolutely loved this property. It was brand spanking new which was a bonus. The kitchen/common space was super spacious. Also super convenient location to supermarket, restaurants and the freeway entrance. Super responsive property management which made the whole experience easy.
I wish we could live there! We definitely want to come back again.

Everything was amazing. The place was clean. The communication was great. Location was not exactly the best for us as we had to travel a bit for our events but this was bad in my part not knowing the area well.

The house was perfect for our girl’s weekend. Lots of space and great kitchen with all of the things we needed to cook our meals. Close to stores, shopping and sightseeing. Would definitely recommend, 5 stars!

My husband and I stayed at the house with 3 other couples. Having an open concept with a large kitchen and dining room and rooms with king beds and so many bathrooms made this a great home for adults. The jacuzzi was fun for all of us too.

Our family of 10, three generations, had a wonderful time! The home is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, comfortable beds, and a relaxing backyard. Communication with the property management was very easy. Nice quiet location but close to freeways. It was the perfect place for us!

Stayed for an extended weekend with my family (adults 20-80) for my daughter's graduation. House was very nice, tons of space, quality furniture, beds/linens were high quality, kitchen was set up for cooking if you are into that. Description says pool but is really a large spa that also works for a pool. I was worried about all the rules (noise, parking, etc) but had no issues. Only annoying thing was the alarm to the backyard due to pool but we got used that. Highly recommend the property, definitely 5 star.

This house worked very well for us. We had a lot of girls going so I needed a house with a lot of bathrooms and this has 4. The kitchen is well stocked and convenient. The girls enjoyed the large hot tub, especially since it was colder than we thought it would be. It was about 8 miles away from the park, but with the freeway, it went pretty fast. A great option if you have a large group, going to Disneyland!

Our family had a great weekend in Disneyland especially going back to this property every night. It was clean, comfortable and close to the Parks. The beds were comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Thank you for making our family vacation wonderful!!

House was really nice and clean. It looks just like the pictures. Easy check in process and check out process. We accidentally locked our car in the garage and the engineer was quick to respond with the code to open the door. I would definitely stay here again.

Ladonna doesn't respond to emails. I sent a email asking if I could get information on our stay and if we would be receiving our refundable deposit back but she never responded. They stated several times they have 14 business days to return deposit I checked out March17. This place has so many in house rules I must have left a towel out of place causing me to lose my refund? Never staying another one of your properties again. I'm sure that she'll say I broke some rule or something was missing but whatever.

There was plenty of room in the house for 12 guests. Very modern with a touch of class. Disneyland was a simple 17 minute drive and mostly on freeway. The house had several amenities, including air mattress, double and single strollers (both appeared to be brand new), portable crib, and lots of blankets. We will definitely stay here again.

There were so many rules that we spent the entire time worried about trying to follow them and make sure that we did everything right before we left which we did. I just felt that it was as relaxed as we would’ve liked it. The house is very nice but rather restrictive.

Overall we had a great stay for our Disney trip. The home was clean and had everything we needed, including some last minute baby items like a pack-n-play. The spa/pool was great to relax in after the kids were in bed. The drive to Disney was less than 15 minutes and we could all enjoy dinners at home in the big kitchen.
