Take a swim in the heated pool, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy a fire out back all within the comfort of your own home. Fenced yard and overgrown landscaping provides privacy for you during your stay.
Just a quick drive to Cape Coral Yacht Club or Cape Harbour. Ft Myers Beach or Sanibel Island is only 30 minutes away. The kids can enjoy Sunsplash waterpark or the Shell Factory. Go saltwater fishing from nearby piers or freshwater fishing in one of our canals. Take one of the boat cruises to nearby islands like Useppa, Captiva, or Cabbage Key.
Shopping is close at many different malls from upscale Coconut Point to the Edison Mall or outlet shops like Tanger or Miramar.
A $100 pet fee applies per pet. 2 dogs maximum.

I was happy with every aspect of the stay and place. I felt as if it were my home, but with and upgrade in privacy and peace of mind. The host was very quick to respond to any of my concerns, and the heated pool and spa were excellent. Just 3 minutes from everything, yet tucked out of sight and peacefull. I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you VrboRaul Vargas

We had a great time! The house is spacious, clean and close to food, shops and the beach. The kids enjoyed the air hockey table, pool and spa. We would definitely recommend this host and house!

House and pools were clean and as described. Decently appointed kitchen.Communication with property owner was prompt and courteous.Good location in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed seeing the burrowing owlets in the neighborhood.Easy access to various points of interest.

Spa had to be run 1 - 1 1/2 hours for it to warm up before using each day. Pool was too cool to enjoy. Sitting in the sun on the lanai was the highlight of the experience. The fenced yard was appreciated for our small dog. Host was very responsive when we called for assistance.
