The indoor property features an eclectic design, combining natural materials with contemporary finishes. There are high-end amenities such as central cooling and heating, cable TV, Apple TV, high-speed Internet, and Wi-Fi. The living space is beautifully complemented by a fine collection of Asian art and artifacts, a fireplace, and a calming water fountain feature. The kitchen is well designed and fully equipped with top shelf gourmet appliances such as: Wolf Range, Sub-Zero refrigerator with built-in freezer, microwave, artisan copper mixer, toaster, panini press, Nespresso coffee machine, special cutlery and dinnerware, Bosch washer and dryer, and more. The outdoor space features a manicured zen garden around a 33-foot heated swimming pool. For the sun-drenched loungers, there is a barbecue area with family-style alfresco dining on a 17-foot tree trunk table. This beautiful house is also comfortable and very well-equipped with everything you need. The patio, garden and pool are spectacular! The house is also very private and quiet and owner responds to any question within minutes. As a family group with a couple of people working remotely, and others watching tv or enjoying the pool and patio, we had plenty of space to spread out. We would stay here again with no hesitation! Relaxing Oasis in the Heart of LA
We had the most wonderful stay at this property. The owner, Effi, was gracious and responsive. The property itself is pretty magical. The outdoor space is welcoming and relaxing. It was perfect for our family as one of the bedrooms is well removed from the common area so it can be dark and quiet for a baby. The house is also located a short ways from shops and restaurants making it easy to travel to and from. Would definitely stay again!

Great Oasis in LA
The rental was great for a family getaway. There was enough space for everyone to hang together as well as enjoy the solitude. The kitchen was well-equipped for making and serving meals. However, the pool and exterior were the highlights - so relaxing.

Spectacular Home
This home is an experience! Spacious common spaces....fully equipped kitchen and amazing artwork....topped off by a fab heated pool! The living room/den/ dining room/gas fireplace are perfect! The only comment I have is that the three bedrooms are not of equal size. The main bedroom is large with walking closets and lots of storage. The loft bedroom is accessed by a spiral staircase above the main bedroom but the bathroom is on the lower level. The third bedroom is in the front and has its own bath which is great but it was on the very small side. It's fine for a family like us and it worked but for three couples traveling together it would've been more problematic. We had a great time and I would love to stay there again.

We enjoyed every moment. The house was immaculate, gorgeous and filled with stunning art pieces. The stylish asian backyard was a peaceful and relaxing. The house was well stocked with all the supplies you need. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Welcome vacation
My wife and young son truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is comfortable, clean, safe, beautifully decorated, has excellent amenities, with plenty of space. Exactly what we needed to destress and relax for our first vacation after 18 months of sheltering at our house during covid. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space, spent every afternoon in the heated pool, dined at the outdoor dining table, and relaxed by the fire pit listening to the sounds of the Buddha waterfall and other fountains. Effi the owner was fantastic. He made us feel so welcome and at ease. In addition, he was beyond prompt in his responses, even responding in the wee hours of the morning to any questions or concerns. The free on site parking was great, especially important in LA. The location was also nice, so close to UCLA, Beverly Hills, and a reasonable drive to other LA locales. And staying as a family, having laundry and excellent air conditioning/heating was extremely welcome. We would definitely stay at this property again when the occasion arises!

Lovely, serene hideaway
This house suited our small group perfectly. It's not a huge house, but the living area was spacious and well laid out, and opened up to the outdoor area. Even if indoors, one had the feeling of being part of the beautiful outdoor environment. As said by other reviewers, the house is very well stocked. Just a few things a potential renter might take note of: if you are looking for a place for a loud outdoor party or dinner, this is not the place. We had music on low for a dinner gathering, but there were complaints from a neighbor. Also, the loft bedroom has a narrow spiral staircase, with the bathroom downstairs. This would not be an appropriate bedroom for small children, or mobility challenged individuals. Overall we really enjoyed the property, and would love to return on future visits to see our family in the area.

Each morning, I woke up early to enjoy sitting by the Buddha fountain where hummingbirds never failed to greet me as the sipped from the Buddha. We also saw at least 9 other species of bird delighting on the fountain and even playing in the Buddha’s hands. This was also the best-stocked VRBO home in which I have ever stayed. It is an oasis right in the heart of the one of the most bustling cities the world. I will definitely be back the next time I visit LA.

Terrific 2 Week Getaway
We stayed here for 2 weeks and Effi could not have been a more accommodating host. The house is very clean and the backyard is gorgeous. The house comes with so many nice amenities. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fabulous. The pool is heated, clean and warm. The location is very close to shopping, restaurants and hikes. This was our first time ever renting a home and we would absolutely come back here!

We stayed at Effi's home over the Labor Day Weekend. Overall, we had a wonderful time and Effi went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed.
His communication was great, and very helpful. The house itself is beautiful and the the star is definitely the garden and pool. We swam twice a day every day we were there! Good location not too far from a market, and larger stores are a short drive away.
Would recommend it to anyone looking for a little relaxation and getaway close to the big city, but peaceful and serene.

Not worth paying top dollar.
Curb appeal ok.
Location ok
But the house wasn’t clean to our satisfactory. The air conditioner didn’t work 4. Out of the 5 days. Was asked by the landlord to climb on the roof Twice to provide service to the AC. I was offered a parcel refund for the inconvenience. When paying top dollar you would expect more.
