Minutes away from Belle Isle, Historic Indian Village, TCF Center/Hart Plaza, Eastern Market, the three stadiums, Wayne State University, and the Detroit Institute of Arts. Enjoy the local restaurants/bars and attractions or use our flat as a home base to explore the rest of beautiful Detroit! THE SPACE: Welcome to our little slice of heaven in the West Village. Recently renovated, and freshly styled with authentic Detroit art, our 2-bedroom/1-bathroom home will suit all of your needs! Relax after a long day exploring in front of our smart TV with Netflix, or whip up a meal in our stocked kitchen, with coffee maker and dishwasher included. Our bathroom comes with all the necessary towels and bath products, and we offer extra sheets/pillows/blankets for additional guests. Guests enjoying a longer stay will welcome the washer/dryer, and you will be able to stay connected with our 250 mb WiFi. THE AREA: We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the unit or the complex itself. You can reach us through the Airbnb conversation thread, or you can speak to our 24/7 Guest Experience Department. OCCUPANCY: This unit allows 4 overnight guests (up to 6 total with fee/host’s approval). Feel free to have guests over, however, in compliance with the city regulations. There cannot be more than 6 people overnight in the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction. PARKING: There is parking directly in front and wide sidewalks that wind throughout the community. GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to Detroit to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period. MINIMUM AGE: Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am. SECURITY: For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit. Please note that any house rules violation will incur an additional $150 penalty charge. Disclaimer: Please be aware that a 5% cancellation payment processing fee will be deducted from any funds already processed. This fee is imposed as we utilize a third-party service to handle financial transactions. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. We were informed that our host company changed from Great stays to Jurny as of dec 21(the day before our arrival). When we were finally able to gain entry; as codes had changed without notice or information; we then entered an apartment that was at 54 degrees. The wifi enabled thermostat said that there was a probvlem with the furnace because the temp had been decreasing over the past several hours. After numerous phone calls and attempts to get resolution and a safe accommodation we were informed that there was an apartment next door that was available. This was after being asked to wait and see if the heat would magically turn on. The place next door was ok; although there were only 2 bath towels. We are seeking a partial refund for the inconvenience. This loss of about 2 hours of time during the Holidays when we had to miss plans in order to secure safe accomodation was seriously frustrating. Thank you

I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the place was. We all know how sometimes the actual place doesn’t measure up to pictures, but it was super cute and clean. Beds were very comfortable, neighborhood is quiet and the parking out back was so convenient. Overall had a great stay.

Alex went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. Convenient location, excellent furnishings, great communication and service. Comfortable mattress. Walking distance to Sisters Pie and Marrow. Highly recommended. 👍👍

Absolutely no complaints everything was great about this place from the location and cleanliness of the space down to the communication with the property manager. 10/10 would recommend. If I find myself back in Detroit this would be my go to place to stay!
